Don't want phone upgrade!! Disabled with no power out 911 use??
TWO service apts. were cancelled by your company as I took 2 mornings to meet them only to not get
ANY CALL 1st time (Noreaster -2" of snow all day-a joke) and another cancellation call @ 11:48 AM 3/30/2018 to cancel.
Wanted me to wait some more from 1-3 instead of 10-12PM
What jerks...Cox ** it really is time to change after 20+ years (of customer loyalty) this is how they act.
Plus we now have smart TVs and see all the savings that can be had with amazon and sling.
I can also make my home line a cell number for around the same money..NO BRAINER
