Outgoing calls that we didn't make

I just noticed while checking my voice mails here online that our outgoing call log is FILLED with calls to (200) 100-1106. We have never called this number yet there are numerous calls outgoing from...

    Hi. there. A 200 area code is non-geographical so it is not tied to a specific area. It may be security equipment  in your residence or a robocall blocking feature from a subscription based service. I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for your reply.  We don't have either of these, that I know of. Definitely not security equipment tied to that phone line. I wonder if Cox offers a robocall blocker. I'm checking to see if they do and if we have it activated.
