Voicemail email notifications
I'm curious if anyone can get the voicemail email notifications to work or if they aren't working for anybody?

Voicemail email notifications used to work, but it's been a minute. When I've activated that option in Voice Tools settings recently, it just gets turned off. Cox should fix it or remove that option.
That's exactly what is happening when I try to activate it as well.
Give Cox a nudge. Send them a heads-up email.
Try it again because sometimes I can get it to work and sometimes I can't get it to work. This is very confusing 🤔
Do your transcripts work or is it just the email notifications that don't work?
