Another surround sound issue
I've looked around, but have not found an answer to this one.
Here is my set up:
Contour 2 box -> HDMI to TV -> optical audio to Receiver from the TV.

Hi Cupojo, your Contour 2 box connects to the TV via an HDMI cable, and your audio receiver connects to the TV via an optical audio cable. How is the Contour 2 box connected to the audio receiver? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
There currently is no connection from the Contour box directly to the receiver. I'm hoping the sound can go from contour to tv to receiver.
