The issue seems to be with Cox tv service. Going through Cox TV services (via a Contour box connected to tv or through a Contour app on an iPad), the game did not come in, although the guide said it was supposed to. When I went to the Bally website on an internet browser and signed in as a Cox customer, I was able to watch the game by streaming from the Bally website. This was through a web browser on an internet connection. The Cox TV guide (contour box and app) said the game was on, but what was actually broadcasting via Cox tv were interviews about basketball.
We’ve recently had techs to our home twice in the last few weeks checking internet and then tv connections. I think the issue seems to be that we’re not necessarily getting the programming that the contour guide says we’re supposed to be getting.
