Contour 1 "we experienced a problem playing back
your recording. Please try again later." Contour 1 Record 6 Cisco 9865 with no mini boxes and no splitters. Apx. one out of every 15 recordings shows a black screen. After 5 seconds, that message appears. I have "tried again later" many many times. It has never worked. The box has been rebooted and reprogrammed by Cox. It is a newer box that was obtained at the Cox Store. My previous Contour 1 had the exact same problem. I have seen other posts on the forum about this issue. Has anyone had success "trying later"? These always show up in my Recorded Shows list; just like the successful recordings. They don't follow any pattern. It happens on different shows and at different times of the day. Should I keep one of them for 10 days to see if that is "later" enough? I usually delete them after trying for 1-2 days.
