Contour audio degrading still

When will the audio on Contour ever get fixed? This has been going on for a few years now. The audio degrades into static whether I’m watching live tv or watching a recorded show on my dvr. This really has gone on to long. Can it be fixed permanently or not? And no disconnecting the cords and rebooting are no longer acceptable. That’s a quick fix but not a permanent one.

    Hello, I'm sorry you've been experiencing these ongoing issues. Do you have a splitter, by chance? If so, I'd recommend bypassing it for troubleshooting purposes, to see if that provides some relief. Based on the symptoms you're currently describing, you may be experiencing signal issues.
