Hello, I'm sorry you've been experiencing these ongoing issues. Do you have a splitter, by chance? If so, I'd recommend bypassing it for troubleshooting purposes, to see if that provides some relief. Based on the symptoms you're currently describing, you may be experiencing signal issues. In which case, the best course of action would be to send out a service technician to the home.
