DVR question

Why is there a voice narrating on my DVR recordings?

Yes, I made sure the video description was off. I even used the voice command to make sure it was off. The closed caption is off too. Just started with a show from last night and tonight's shows, all NBC.?

    I did that too...lol I read a thread here from a prior reply to a similar question. Guess I will have to call support tomorrow

        Will do. But actually, I'm watching the next show and so far the dang lady is not talking in the background. It felt like I was watching TV and listening to a book at the same time.😁
