Over 20 years with Cox and the last 12 months have been a continual PIA. No service, partial service, intermediate service, frozen picture service, garbled sound service…..need I go on. For over 10 hours straight today my App tells me there is no problem in my area…Just wish my TV could get that message. I’ve resorted to listening my old radio, lol. Unable to reach a human contact, ridiculous App for attempting contact with appropriate people, few scattered land offices for personal contact etc. why do I continue using Cox? The lesser of only three choices in my area.

Poor TV service could be caused by a poor signal.  Have you ever contacted Cox to request a tech visit to have it checked?

If you have a mini box, try performing a channel scan.   Also, they have an issue with overheating so you could try leaving it unplugged overnight.  That sometimes helps.
