TV/DVR Box Constantly Updating

Almost routinely now my TV/DVR box is rebooting itself. At first it was just once every few nights, very rarely. Now it's gotten to every day these past few weeks into twice tonight alone.

Is there something wrong with the box possibly or an update not fully taking to make it do this? It becomes very irritating when it is consistently interrupting watching things.
