Have you tried deleting the Contour App and downloading it again from the Apple TV’s app store? That's the only suggestions my team can provide. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

make sure your apple tv isn't set to reset logins. Some settings reset every 24 hours, and that could cause you to have to login daily.
