More than a month with unburied cables
Around the middle of August a Cox tech came to fix some internet problems we were having, in the process he had to unbury the cable that connects to Cox. He put in a ticket so the cables would be buried. It has been already more than 5 weeks, the cable is still unburied and the only thing that has been done is the planting of some red flags to mark the pipes. Communication with Cox hasn't brought up any information apart from "there is a ticket for it" and "No information". Is this normal? And how long does this normally take?29Views0likes1Comment
