Panoramic Wifi Gateway App Issue
I can not believe I have to come here and complain about such a popular and MUCH NEEDED WIFI SERVICE IN A TIME LIKE THIS, it will now be 2 weeks since multiple devices in my household CAN NOT connect to the internet because I paused them and then they had an outage and ever since my WIFI app does not work it says there is no devices connected but i have over 5 devices connected, soo i can not locate the devices in the app and un-pause them. 5 chat reps, 3 phone calls AND a tech to my home whom was here under 5mins and stated he would be back with a new modem 7 days later and he STILL HAS NOT MADE HIS WAY BACK this is unbelievable! If you are here looking for internet RUUUNNNN.... outages every other week during the pandemic i nearly lost my job, and reps just kept saying they are overloaded with everyone working at home in my area, Well ppl are making there way back to the office here and yet still outages are VERY often with Cox!!! Yet stilli havethe FULL financial responsibility of $200+ a month with them! IF i had another internet option TRUST ME I would leave almost three years with them now and it has been COMPLETE TRASH. If i knew how to take legal action I WOULD, because they have been robbing me of my bill for three years now for a service they have NEVER been able to maintain. I was happy to see that Cox has granted access for the Fox Channel. However, I'm still disappointed that networks such as History and A&E are still not available. When will cox be onboard like direct tv with aithentication of tv network there are about 20 apps on xbox i could use if i were a direct tv customer i might get direct tv but keep cox internet if this keeps up is there any definite yes or no on this subject if it is a definite no i would like to know so I can change the tv provider i do like your internet speed so will not change that.3.8KViews0likes0CommentsCox bill, prices and options
I have been a loyal cox customer for some time now but with the recent billing hike I have been looking at my options. Our bill went from $156 monthly up to $210. When I called asking about it, basically I was told the rebates had dropped off. After almost an hour with the very unhelpful rep we were finally offered to use our free 25m internet upgrade to reduce our cost down to $168 for 3 months. Next month this rebate will also drop off and I will be back to $210 per month. We have Advanced TV (330 channels), one DVR, 15m internet, and phone service. We have no movie packages at all. We are under no contract and knowing the trouble we recently had regarding any type of rebate I am looking at my other options. I priced Direct TV and I can have 4 DVR's, 380 channels w/ multiple movie channels as well as the same channels I currently have, their price is $110 per month after all the rebates expire in three years. With rebates this package is only $78. So I can have their tv service and cox internet and only be paying $133 initially and finally $165 after all rebates expire. Please Cox tell me why your company is so unwilling to keep a current customer when your competition offers a much better deal. Any one have tips on how to navigate the guide efficiently? I tried the filter tab and nothing really happened, I still had to scroll down the guide in alphabetical order to find the channel I wanted. Great beginning for the app, I can see where it's headed.
