Hearing Spanish in background during Thursday Night Football
We are watching the opening night of the NFL and can hear the Spanish translation softly in the background. I made sure we had English selected as our language and we did. Just for kicks, I switched it to Spanish and it began broadcasting only English—but every other channel is Spanish. I have also had a few channels randomly begin broadcasting with the video description for the visually impaired playing. Assuming this is some kind of Cox bug? Only had Cox for a few months in a brand new house and it is terrible. We have had all kinds of problems.

Mini Box Intermittant Audio
I recently added a new mini box to my master bedroom tv. Previously I had used a direct feed to my digital tv's quam tuner. Initially the mini box operated terrifically, however, recently the audio has begun to drop out intermittently. It started with various stations audio sounding hollow and now manifests itself, again intermittently, with the audio dropping out completely. I reseated both the HDMI and wall cables, removed power and reset the mini box and tv, and even unselected multichannel decoding on the tv. All to no avail. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? BTW, the tv works fine with other external devices using HDMI inputs.

Contour DVR & Samsung TV have Intermittant Audio for all live, pre-recorded & Netflix shows
Have a new Contour box on a new Samsung TV connected via HDMI cable that has intermittent audio with sound dropping out for from several seconds to several minutes at a time, on all channels and all modes of viewing (live, recorded, On Demand & Netflix). Neither resetting nor replacing the Contour box has resolved the issue. Help! Signed: Missing Dish in San Diego
