Chrome not supported.
A lot of important features on this (awful) website are not supported in Chrome. Including Live Chat (no chat button on support pages) and My Profile (always generates an error in Chrome). How is this acceptable when Chrome is the most used browser in the world?3.8KViews0likes2CommentsMalicious hijacker "search.snapdo.com/?st=pr&q=" which changes to "searchnet.com".
Win 7 desktop computer: Google chrome browser has been hijacked by "search.snapdo.com/?st=pr&q=" which changes to "searchnet.com". Snap do is a custom seach engine and toolbar program that hijacks your personal browser and search engine settings. Trying to remove following online instructions and getting no where. It keeps looping through the same screens. Have removed all "short cuts". Any help would be appreciated. Wondering if I should just reinstall Win 7 or do a repair install.2.9KViews0likes2CommentsNew email App - How to open messages in new tab
I had used the old Cox webmail in Chrome for many years. With that App you could open an email in a new tab by right clicking on the email in the Inbox list and choosing Open in New Tab. I was recently migrated to the new webmail App at myemail.cox.net. I don't see how to open emails in a new tab. Can this be done with the new email App?Solved2.7KViews0likes1CommentI have Cox Internet. How can I block my daughter from using Facebook?

hello - this is totally strange, but for some reason, this jQuery dropdown window app is not working for one of my clients who is on cox-cable. we have tried this on Edge, FF & Chrome, on two separate computers, all with the same results. it behaves as if the LEFT-CLICK is somehow being prevented from working, almost as if Cox-Cable is disabling left-click on the div, although i am able to right-click and inspect the element - and NO ERRORS in the console. i have asked her to try the IPad and see if the problem is also there. is this even possible? or could the issue possibly be in the cable-modem-router itself? thank you.Solved1.8KViews0likes4Comments
