Is it possible to cast the contour app?
I have recently recieved service for cox and they offered basic cable at a minimal price so I accepted but in order to keep cost low I opted to go app only option. I believe from what I'm seeing it's impossible to watch this live tv on a smart cast tv because the apps do not download onto the actual tv, instead they download on to a device and you have to cast them to the tv. Am I correct in assuming I'm am out of luck because the cox contour app does not support casting.23KViews0likes2CommentsCannot Access Internet Tools Page

Cox's Contour TV (https://watchtv.cox.com/listings) requires Flash Player to be enabled when accessed with Chrome. Adobe has announced Flash Player will be retired on December 31st, 2020. Does Cox have plans to migrate from Flash to open web technologies to maintain this website after Flash Player is retired? If not you will have hundreds of disappointed Cox Customer who use Contour TV on Chrome browsers. Thank you very much, I hope to hear a response soon. A lot of important features on this (awful) website are not supported in Chrome. Including Live Chat (no chat button on support pages) and My Profile (always generates an error in Chrome). How is this acceptable when Chrome is the most used browser in the world?3.8KViews0likes2Comments
