Contour TV Online - Flash Player retirement
Cox's Contour TV (https://watchtv.cox.com/listings) requires Flash Player to be enabled when accessed with Chrome. Adobe has announced Flash Player will be retired on December 31st, 2020. Does Cox have plans to migrate from Flash to open web technologies to maintain this website after Flash Player is retired? If not you will have hundreds of disappointed Cox Customer who use Contour TV on Chrome browsers. Thank you very much, I hope to hear a response soon. The Contour DVR List user interface needs to be fixed. When I select a show in the DVR List to look at the list of episodes I've recorded, the name of the show appears on the left along with some other information. The problem is that in the list of episodes you scroll through it shows the name of the show instead of the episode title and episode number. And, as bad as that is, in the window on the right instead of showing episode title and episode number it also shows the name of the show. Example: I have 33 episodes of "Chopped" recorded. I go into the Chopped folder and on the left is shows Chopped and Availible: 33, New:31, etc. In the scrollable list it says, Chopped, Chopped, Chopped, etc. Why are the titles and numbers not there? On the right it shows Chopped and then a description of the episode. To see the title you have to select it and then go to See Full Details. I should be able to get that information while scrolling.2.5KViews0likes3Commentscontour service
