Restart
When accessing a movie or program that has a "restart" option (start from the beginning because it's On Demand), there is an icon that has an arrow-circle in blue. Can NOT find that button anywhere on my remote and NO button makes that happen. Any ideas?? thanks jeff18KViews0likes11CommentsPause with on demand doesn't work for long
New Cox customer with whole-house DVR (still can't figure out how to determine its model number, but that's another story). I was watching an episode of "NCIS" when I hit the pause button on the remote to go do something in another part of the house. Came back between 5 to 10 minutes later to discover that a generic on demand channel was on screen. No big deal, I thought, I'll just hit the 'play' button and pickup where I left, right? Wrong. Apparently the only choice I had was to start from the beginning. This also happened with an HBO "Treme" program, only with HBO at least I was able to fast-forward! I have a Client box on Contour 2 that appears to go on and off on one particular TV. When I turn in that TV the picture flashes on and off. I have to restart that box to fix issue. My other boxes do not seem to have this issue. Is this a sign of a defective box?1.8KViews0likes4Comments
