DVR recordings were wiped clean this AM. My scheduled recordings are still there, but everything recorded was gone. What happened to them?

DVR recordings were gone this AM. What glitch would have caused that?

Thank you for reaching out to us via Cox Forums. We’d be happy to investigate this issue. Just to clarify, when accessing your recordings from the Contour DVR box, there are no saved recordings listed? How do you have the saved recordings filtered?

  I don’t know. I haven’t changed anything since the technician set me up last November. Last night was first time it happened. I also could not get Fox News this AM. It is recording now.
