Paramount plus app on Cox cable TV
When I enter the activation code from the Paramount app it brings me to a screen that wants me to pay for a subscription. What do I need to do?

I purchased Paramount Plus Showtime from Cox. When I enter the activation code from the Paramount app on the TV (using the app I navigate to through my Contour App Menu) at www.paramountplus.com/cox it brings me to a screen that wants me to pay for another subscription. What do I need to do differently to use the Paramount Plus app on my TV?

Paramount Plus Showtime is going to be for Showtime channels and apps. Paramount Plus is its own separate service. They will require a subscription for their app and content that is separate from Cox services. I apologize for the inconvenience.
