Hi Otarakiwi, thank you for your post this morning. I'm sorry your local channels aren't working in the Contour App and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused in your day. We are currently experiencing an outage impacting local channels for Contour TV customers in all Cox markets. The issue is impacting local channels in the Contour App and on WatchTV.Cox.com. Channels are displaying a green screen or are simply not available. Our video teams are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
