There are 2 splitters inline where the main cable splits off into the cable modem, then splits off into the master bedroom.
Also when watching netflix in the master off the mini box I do not believe we have issues with netflix up there.
- DustinP5 years agoModeratorI understand the box swap you continue to face freezing on the Netflix App a few times a month. How long after the box has been reset (unplug the power to the DVR for 20 seconds) does Netflix function before freezing happens?

I have been having the same issue. I will reset the box and it will crash within ten minutes. Go back into Netflix and it will go maybe 15 minutes and crash again. The box has even shown that cox is having an issue and resets on its own.

Thanks for letting us know. Can you please try to hit the 'A' Button on your Contour remote and then do a 'System Refresh'?
