Arris TG1682 & Panoramic Wifi Features Not Accessible

Hello!

I began my service with Cox a month ago.  Quickly got set up and since then have been attempting to access the wifi.cox page, as well as the panoramic wifi app to access the parental controls.  I get the same response from either: "Settings Currently Unavailable." After multiple refresh attempts, and a few unsuccessful phone and internet based support conversations, I am still at a loss.

I can access the modems settings page(http://192.168.0.1) and accessed the firmware and software versions hoping maybe I am stuck between updates or something.

Arris TG1682

Firmware Version:

9.1.103AACX2

Software Version:

11

Please someone, save me!

(The actual internet service is great, but I have no access to limit use to anyone)

Hello, the Panoramic WiFi app (Cox WiFi) is compatible with the following:

    iOS version 11.0 or later
    Android 6.0 or later

To confirm, you are able to access other features, with the exception of the Parental Controls? Or, are you having issues accessing all settings for the Panoramic WiFi? When accessing the wifi.cox.com web page, are other devices in the home also having issues accessing this page? If these issues persist, please include a link to this forum thread and email us at cox.help@cox.com. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

Hello! I am unable to access any features of the panoramic Wifi app, using a fully updated iPhone 11, or the wifi.cox page. I receive the same error using both methods of access, “Settings Currently Unavailable.”

It sounds like we may need to take a closer look at your account and potentially submit a ticket to have this looked into. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com with a link to this thread and your home address.
