Cable modem ARRIS SB8200 restarts ever morning at 8:07 AM

My cable modem for some reason restarts every morning at about 8:05 AM. It takes about 13-15 minutes for it to come back online. Internet goes out completely. After it comes back up online, I have no issues until 24 hours later. This started about 7 days ago and has happened every day. I called Cox support. They said no issues on their end (modem was reset, powered on/off) multiple times. I called ARRIS. They did some troubleshooting and claim it is not a modem issue. Claimed it is an ISP issue indicating the upstream signal level needs to be from 45.0 to 51.0 not the 58.0 dBmV that is showing on all 4 channels. I am at a loss here as this just started seven days ago and Arris and Cox claim it is not their issue. Any suggestions?

    58 dBmV is very high. I'm surprised your internet works fine throughout the day. I do find it strange that it reboots at the exact same time every day though. The only suggestion I have for you is to have a Cox technician (I use this term very loosely) come out and check your connection. You know.... they will fiddle around outside your house for a bit, find the a potential problem on Cox's side, but then blame it on your wiring. You're looking at a paying Cox some money my friend.

      Agree. It did it once again this morning. Here is the event log from this morning. Tried to get Cox tech support to help but they don't seem to understand. All they want to do is restart the modem. Every day it takes about 20 minutes for it to come back online.
