Constant internet issues and outages

For well over a week the internet outages have gotten outrageous. It’s almost daily/nightly. I’m constantly getting the messages from cox about disruption of services and it should be fixed 4 hours later. What is going on? It would help to inform people who are paying for a service why they aren’t getting that service. This needs to be resolved already
