COX customer service is garbage.
COX customer service is garbage. I called to ask why my bill is rising every other month. The first rep says she will do "research" puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I'm transferred to another rep who has no idea what's going on. She offers me a bundle discount that would bring my monthly bill back down. Puts me on hold for 15 minutes. Then nothing. She's gone. No response. Nothing. GARBAGE.
I know Ajit Pai allowed you all to rob us but at least show some respect to your paying customers. I'll be switching to AT&T as soon as possible.
