Daily service interruption in the area

For several days now, we have a service interruption throughout the day for multiple hours each day, sometimes multiple outages a day.

This is big problem since we are working from home. Each time, Cox has a notification on the account that they are working to resolve it, and get cleared up but few hours later, same thing happens. This goes on multiple times a day, for many days now. I would like to know what is going on.
