DATA USAGE PER DEVICE

What on earth happened to cox wifi app? For some reason after the update we are unable to track which device are using the most data. The app only tells you your total data used per day. That’s not h...

    Hi Nessa,

    We track overall usage in relation to maintaining our network and managing traffic. We will also categorize traffic in and out of your home so that you may get a better sense of how your household uses the internet, but we do not track usage at the device level.

We no longer can monitor our data usage (amount) per actual device. Now they are showing only the amount of time in totals. It definitely feels like being bullied into paying more for unlimited plans. I have a very similar issue with recent data usage HUGE spike, but no telling which device is it (?)     That wasn't a solution and Nessa complained!  REMOVE THAT TAG !!!
