Device connection to network

I am having devices connecting to my network that are not in my home. How do I stop this?

I downloaded an app called cox wifi and it allows you to see what devices are on your wifi. You can also kick them off and change your wifi password as well.

you can get into my wifi within this cox website to see who's connecting or....

    you could encrypt your wi-fi!!.

Do you have the Panoramic router?  I'd change your encryption key to something longer, stronger.

i'm almost betting that somebody probably recommended getting his own setup to avoid the panoramic unit.

You'd win this bet because I'd recommend to avoid the Scamoramic.  Anyway, WPA keys aren't unique to Scamoramic.  It's a protocol.  Changing its key is just Security 101.
