Down Internet

I've been a cox customer for many years I pay for this gigablast and wtf does my internet go out soo many times I believe in the last 30 days alone it's gone out 4/5 times !!! What's going on ? May have to switch providers I pay way too much money for this kind of service

    I am so sorry that your internet service has been going out. I can understand how frustrating that would be. I rely on my service daily for work and school and we want you to be able to rely on your service too. We value your loyalty and wouldn't want to see you go.  When you have an opportunity, can you email my team at cox.help@cox.com with your name, address, and a link to this thread, so that we can check the status of the service and run some tests?
