i was able to access my cox email on yahoo yesterday. tried to log in today and get "password/username is in valid, please try again". kept trying no luck; tried to "forgot password" link only to get the lets verify you, they send me a sms with verification number, after i enter the number it says we sent a verification number to your email please enter it now.
I CANNOT ACCESS MY EMAIL THATS WHY I AM TRYING TO RESET MY PASSWORD.
call Cox and they cannot help as my account has been transitioned to yahoo.
call yahoo and i am waiting on hold.
i have been with cox for 20 years; only because i have no outer options; once MetroNet is in my area i am leaving cox like the steaming pile they are.

why? i tried calling Cox they said since my email was fully transitioned to Yahoo i had to call yahoo; called yahoo and they would not help me unless i send them a photo of my Drivers license.
Really!? in order to help i need to send a photo of my Drivers License? WTF!
