@Zurq, I pinged your modem several times over the last few minutes and I am detecting some intermittent packet loss (around 2%). It is extremely intermittent when it does take place, and I recommend sending out a service technician to investigate further. Can you please email us at cox.help@cox.com? -Kevin M.
