Internet loss every day

Question

I lose internet every single day for a few minutes ever since upgrading to panoramic wifi. It wasn't a huge problem, although very annoying, until today when it cut into my wife's job teaching online, costing her money for that class.&nbsp; I never would have switched if I knew this was going to happen.&nbsp;&nbsp;

A router shouldn't reset unless instructed, such as by you or a software update.
What's the make/model of your previous modem &amp; router?

I don't know specifically.&nbsp; It was an Arris.&nbsp; I upgraded to gigablast, so they sent me the new gateway since it's the only one that works with that plan

This is happening to me currently I have gigablast and the router light all of sudden starts blinking orange and green
