you've been trying to fix it by replacing your equipment. That won't fix anything if there's a signal issue affecting your whole neighborhood. You didn't indicate if any of the 5 techs checked the mainline signal. Unless you kept asking them just to check your wiring and equipment, at least one of them should have checked the signal on Cox's side of the demarc and escalated to a line tech if they found a mainline signal issue.
Becky probably could have helped you, but you declined. Why? What you've been doing for the past 3 weeks hasn't worked. You should take all the help you can get and Becky is the person you want helping you. Contact cox.help@cox.com and include your full name, service address and a link to this forum discussion. Or don't. Maybe one of your neighbors will take the initiative and ask for help. Have you seen anyone on this forum who might be one of your neighbors? Or, cancel your service if that's what you want. This is a user forum. Nobody cares if you leave.
