I have just upgraded to Contour from the old system. My internet connection freezes constantly, even with a new modem and computer. I have a relatively new home, and Cox has an answer, new whole house wiring!!!! I am sorry, can no one get it? Not only that, the new Contour boxes(2) that I received, one has the time, the other does not. When I requested a new box with the time, I was given the run around, then I got three entirely different stories as to why I cannot get a replacement box with the time.. Today I was to get a return call from a supervisor (Shannon)at 2 PM. At 3 PM I called Cox, stayed on hold for 45 minutes, spoke to a few more people, including a so called new supervisor. No Contour box is available with a clock for me to use. In order to get that, I need to return to the old system. I just don't get it!
