Lose internet connection since upgrade

Both my partner and I have tried to contact Cox to either have a tech out or just speak to a real person. Ever since the upgrade in my area was performed (which was followed by multiple outages), we lose connection often and sometimes multiple times a day. He works from home and i occasionally do. This is causing issues with our jobs and frankly our relationship. I would like someone from Cox to address this problem - do they know why this keeps happening, what are they doing about it, when will it be resolved…

A lot of my job is customer service related and not being able to have my concerns addressed with an actual person is poor customer service in my opinion. Tired using Oliver who just connected with someone named Jagadeeshwar who obviously was using a script and typed the same response over and over again - and couldn’t even get my name right.
