Remarkably poor internet service
Over a week since we’ve had reliable internet service. Is everyone at cox on vacation? Seems like a refund would be in order about now.
can anyone tell me what is done to correct the problem when I’m told there is a service disruption? They give a very specific time for service restoration but never say what was done. Does someone at cox put their feet up on the desk and wait a while and declare the problem fixed or is something actually being tested / repaired to restore service??
