Tracert timeout when connecting to VALORANT NA servers

My hops time out when connecting to Valorant NA servers when I run tracert 192.207.0.1

I believe this is causing desync in game. 

What can I do to get a more direct routing or is this a Riot Games issue?

    Hello,

    I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble. After reviewing the trace, the issue is shown to happen of off our server. I will not have any information on the additional hops, but you may consider reporting an issue to the server.

      You mean, it happens on the internet, AFTER it leaves Cox's router, there is no server involved here.

    That's not what's causing your issue. I actually installed a Riot Games game on my system, League of legends, some months back to assist another user in troubleshooting, and what I can tell you is the problem is on their end, Not Cox. Here's my traceroute but first, my speeds are 500 down 50 up -

    Diablo/Battle Net runs perfect, as do ALL of my playstation games, streaming media, and more. Here's the tracert as you can see, after my 6th hop, your 7th, they appear to be identical. Like I said this is a Riot Games issue.  If you google - riot games league of legends glitches, you will see, you are not alone. A LOT of people have issues, and while Riot games will attempt to blame your internet, if everything else runs perfect with the exception of one games producer, it's kinda hard to cast aspersions against everyone else.
