Service down Again!
This is starting to get a bit frustrating. The service in general internet/cable has been really inconsistent, in the Centreville 20121 area, it wasn't too long ago, that Cox sent out some email of a planned outage for upgrades to better, reliable service. You all may want to check on what you did, as the intent has had the opposite impact.
For what we are paying, these below outages are a bit ridiculous, each time internet/cable out for 20-30+ minutes
7-18 755 pm
7-22 825 pm
7-23 442 pm
7-24 635 pm
Granted it doesn't last as long as your text updates say it's going to take, thank God for that.
