Service Down

Why is my wifi down multiple times a month and generally last the majority of the day? Is this grounds for some credit towards my bill? I'm paying for a month of service and barely get a week before the service goes down again for the whole day.

    I have the same issue. Almost every night. Pretty much every Saturday.  I am looking for a new service provider. Cox is too unreliable.
