Service internet

My internet is off what do I have to do to get turned back on

    I have not had internet since 5 am on Friday. I work from home. This is now the second day in a row I am not able to work. The hours of the issue are just being constantly bumped by 4 hours and nothing is fixed yet. At this point you would think we were in Florida. Please fix this soon!!

      Thank you for being a part of the Cox family. I sincerely apologize for the down services you are experiencing. I can understand your frustration. When big storms come and you lose power, services, or even your home, it can be overwhelming. I would like to investigate your issue further.     I'm experiencing the same issue. Apparently there is a network service error impacting certain areas that's  been going on for several hours. I really hate that I'm missing college football right now.

    It depends on why it is off! Your best bet is to call Cox, and request tech support, and have them look into it.
