After 8 calls giving that information I would think they would have figured it out by now. But sure.
That was exactly as much hel as.we.have service from Cox
Zero, or.less than zero if you factor in the time wasted trying to get answers.
No ETA, it actually may be next year before we get service restored, or itay be possible that Cox will abandon St Charles parish completely based on the service they have provided residence in th🤷ast 27 days. 🤷♂️
I did try contacting chat again today, and there was a "delay". Still no eta, or concern for restoration of service for this area.
