Are you able to hardwire the TV using an ethernet cable just for testing purposes?

No, I do not. My setup is a Dell PC with a monitor. According to Cox, I should be able to watch TV on any of my devices. Yes or NO?
- Allan3 years agoModerator@Harvet TV, Do you get any error messages when you experience this issue? Also, does it happen on all channels? Lastly, what wifi signal strength is the pc reporting? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Hi Allan, I just realized the wifi band is only the 2.4Ghz on this machine. I am going to try a dual band adapter and see if it solve the issue. When I watch TV on my main desktop which is hard wired to the router, the TV reception does not fail. Hopefully the dual band 2.4 - 5.0 will fix me good.
