Terrible customer service from an agent on the phone!

What do I do when I contact customer service to find out why my bill doubled and the customer service agent said there's nothing he can do and no promotions and no manager around?

This kind of service is the absolute worst - I'm considering switching providers...

      Ditto to this comment and many other talking about horrible customer service when they're in their introductory plan runs out in their service Bill doubles. The person on the phone could care less when I said I might have to change providers. Meanwhile plans are advertised for even less than my original plan.

        This is exactly what happened to me! Exactly! Did you talk to "AJ" too? Seriously could care less and said there was no one else to escalate it to..I am still waiting for my call back to resolve my issue after emailing.
