Topeka Internet outage

We are from a not so isolated area in Topeka and have lost internet connection from jun 26 2024, 3:30AM early morning. Lost a day of work and pay and I understood it to be a mass service outage in our area and I was well informed via text notifications that cox is actively working. It’s Day 2 now and still no internet and it looks like just 16 of our neighbors are affected. Will this be addressed or just ignored as it is not affecting many as before. Even CoxWifi hotspot is not working here
