I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble. After reviewing the trace, the issue is shown to happen of off our server. I will not have any information on the additional hops, but you may consider reporting an issue to the server.

You mean, it happens on the internet, AFTER it leaves Cox's router, there is no server involved here.
