Unable to work due to internet dropping out.

Seriously it's ridiculous that my partner can't even get any work done due to constant outages. Too many people rely on internet for work for it to be this horrible. Do better.

Looks like you were charged for something so you think everyone will be charged for everything. That isn't logical. What did the issue end up being that your technician fixed? Was it a inside or outside issue?

Also, Cox Complete Care is 10$ month and you have to keep it for 3 months. So that is 30$ vs the 75$ fee for the technician. Not 120$ It also covers failed self install. Not to mention a technician should only count as a pro install within 30 days of a self install.

I must apologize for the misunderstanding and confusion here. If there is an issue on our end, you will not be charged. If there is an issue with internal wiring, that does belong to the homeowner and you may incur a fee. Send us an email to Cox.Help@cox.com with your name and a copy of this forum message and we will be glad to help.

May incur? You flat will charge those $75 for a technician. Then incur extra charges for a cable maybe.
