How to make positive recommendation for Cox employee

I was assisted last week with a problem regarding my phone voice mail by a Cox technician  named Kelli.  She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable  in solving my problem.  She made it seem almost a pleasure to have a problem.   I would like to make sure her supervisors are aware that she is a real asset to the company.  Is there a way for me to do this so that Kelli's good work doesn't go unnoticed?  I will be happy to fill out surveys or forms which can make that happen.  Thanks!
