Bad reception

We have had horrible reception on the Weather Channel (44) forever.  I have tried to get this fixed but all the people who work for cox want you to reset the modem or cable box.  This problem is not related to the boxes, TV's or the modem.  This also happens on HLN (22), but not as often.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Are you experiencing this on all cable boxes if more than one?

      Yes all boxes.  It happens mostly on the weather channel when they have a program on.  Also happens on HLN and Motor Trend.

    Do you have a coaxial cable-box or the wireless receiver?  If coaxial, any electronic devices near your coaxial cable or receiver?  I suspect EMI is affecting the frequencies of these 2 channels.
